James Walters is a self-taught chef and the visionary behind Arabica, a culinary venture that began over 18 years ago as an 8-foot stall at London's Borough Market. His passion for Levantine cuisine led to the establishment of the Arabica Food and Spice Company, followed by the opening of Arabica Bar and Kitchen. In 2019, Walters expanded his culinary footprint by launching Arabica King's Cross, offering a refined and contemporary take on Middle Eastern fare. Beyond his restaurant endeavors, he authored the cookbook "Arabica: Small Plates, Big Connections," inspired by his extensive travels through the Eastern Mediterranean
