Talkabout Transitions : From Education to Employment

This is a comprehensive programme of activities designed to support young people as they make the transition from education to employment. Following the hugely successful TALKABOUT structure, the programme is broken down into topics and activities, each constructed to teach the skills necessary for further education or employment.
