Like 'Game of Thrones' meets Lovecraft! Winning the Demon War was one thing. Surviving the Demon's judgment is something else. This is the re-edited version. The avatar of an evil god is putting the Solarian Empire on trial for their crimes against the demon world. Acquittal isn't an option. Neither is survival. Tia opposed this dark deity in the past. Now she works for him, as do her companions Sir Peter Cortez and Kyle. They seek to rebel against the mystic chains that bind them to the demon's service - a task that may well be impossible. Meanwhile, Tia's former maid Rebecca travels the world with imperial agents, looking for some means to avert the doom that hangs over them all.
