Return policy

At Lowell Book LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the item under the following conditions:

1. Condition of the Product
   Items must be returned in mint condition (unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging).
   
2. Return Window
   You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
   
3. Return Process
   
   • Pack the item securely and include your order number.
   • Ship the return to the address provided during the return process.

1. Return Shipping Cost
   A flat fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
   
2. Refund Timeline
   Refunds will be processed within 3 UK business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
