If you would like to request the deletion of your Lowell Books account and associated personal data, please use one of the following options:

Option 1: Contact Form

Complete our Contact Form on the website and select the subject “User Deletion Request”.
Please include the email address linked to your account so we can locate it.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:

Subject: User Deletion Request

In your message, please include:

• The email address associated with your account
  
• (Optional) Your full name and/or recent order number (if available)
  

We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding. Once verified, we will process your request as soon as possible.
